2 zucchini, chopped3 carrots, chopped2 onions, chopped2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained1 can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drainedChili PowderCayanneSaltPepper5 cloves garlic, minced2 T olive oil1 28 oz can tomato sauce1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Heat olice oil in large pot- add onions, garlic, and veggies. Saute until onions are soft. Add beans, tomato sauce and spices to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes until veggies are soft. Top with whatever you want!
