Ragin' Cajun Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz Eckrich Skinless Turkey Smoked Sausage 1 small Onions, raw, chopped1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw, chopped1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped2 clove Garlic , minced14 oz Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 14 oz Chicken Broth 1.75 tsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .75 cup White Rice, medium grain 12 oz Shrimp, raw
Directions
Saute smoked sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes until browned. Add onion and next 3 ingredients; sauté 2-3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil and stir in rice; cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in shrimp; cook 3-5 minutes or just until shrimp turns pink.
