Whole Wheat Cornbread

Ingredients
1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 4 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar 0.75 tsp Salt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, nonfat
Directions
Heat large cast iron skillet in 425F oven with oil. Meanwhile, combine dry ingredients. Stir in eggs and milk. When oven is hot, remove pan, pour in batter, and bake until slightly browned, ~15 min.
