Broiled Potatos

4 baking potatos cubed (~1" cubed)*1 pat of butter *obviously the # of potatos can be reduced depending on amount desired ... I typically figure 1 person will eat about 1 potato worth of broiled potatos!
Peel potatos and cut into ~1" cubes.
Boil potatos in water for approximately 10 minutes. Drain and let dry for a few minutes.
Melt butter in the bottom of a shallow baking dish and spread over bottom of baking dish.
Spread potatos in baking dish (one layer).
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn potatos over and cook for another 20 minutes.
Turn oven to broil and cook potatos until slighly browned - stir/flip potatos if necessary during broiling.
