Apple Cranberry Oatmeal Crisp

Ingredients
5 apples peeled, cored & cut1 cup, chopped Cranberries 3 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 1 tsp cinnamonTopping:2 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 tbsp Molasses 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Peel & cut apples into chunks or slices. Add cranberries to apples. Add splenda & cinnamon to apple cranberry mixture. Toss so all fruit is coated.

For topping, combine all topping ingredients. Spread over apple cranberry mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40min until the top is golden brown & apples are bubbling.

Eat alone or serve over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
