Ham and Wild Rice Corn Chowder

2 sticks light oleo3/4 cup flour1 C onion1 C celery1 C carrots32 oz Fat Free Chicken Broth1 16 oz bag frozen corn2 C diced ham1 pint half and half2 C skim milk
cook one cup of raw wild rice (that's an hour of your cooking time) according to pkg directions.
In a stock pot...melt 2 sticks of oleo...and carrots, celery and onion, cook until tender.
Add flour and stir...will form like a ball.
Add chicken broth, corn and ham.
While simmering (once everything heats back up) add milk and half and half.
Simmer until desired consistency and enjoy.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
