Spinach and Garlic Soba

Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 clove Garlic 113 gram(s) Sukina Soba (g) 170 grams Spinach, fresh
Directions
Cook soba according to directions, drain
In a large pan, saute garlic in butter over medium heat until brown, then add spinach and saute until just wilted.
Remove spinach and garlic from heat, add soba noodles and toss until well incorporated.
Season to taste
