2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 oz President Fat Free Crumbled Feta 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 28 gram(s) Bella Sun Luci Dry Tomato, Julienne 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein - Unflavored (1scoop = 1 serving) (by REFERENCE)
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients (except olive oil) in a bowl. Add oil to frying pan and heat. Form mixture into balls and place in the pan. Cook 2-3 minutes a side (they will flatten out as they cook). Put croquettes on a greased baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce and cheese.
