creamy chicken and rice soup

Ingredients
5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 0.8 cup Brown Rice, long grain 0.25 cup Flour, white 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
Directions
Add all ingredients except rice, corn, flour, and milk. half way through add rice.
30 minutes before done, shake flour and milk together in separate container. Add it and corn to soup.
