Taco Lasagna

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 1 lbFlour Tortillas, 9 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup Onions, raw, .75 cup, choppedSalsa, 2 cupGarlic, 3 clovesGreen Peppers (bell peppers), .75 cup, choppedGreat Value- Fat Free Refried Beans, 3.5 cupRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced
Directions
Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Add onion and pepper and garlic and salsa and tomatoes.

In 9x13 pan- layer tortillas, refried beans, meat mix, cheese, tortillas, refried beans, meat, cheese, tortillas, cheese. (I use 3 tortillas per layer and about .75 C. cheese per layer, using .5 C. for top)

Cook in oven til heated through and cheese is melted.

Serve with sour cream, taco sauce, etc that you would normally serve with tacos. (Etc not added to calorie count.)
