Broccoli with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine (or butter)1/4 cup water1/4 cup lemon juice (or the juice of one lemon)1/4 tsp cayenne pepperSalt & pepper to taste1 (16oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
Directions
In large skillet combine the margarine, water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add broccoli and stir to coat. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 - 15 minutes stirring occasionally until broccoli is tender but still bright green.

*If too lemon-y, add a bit of honey to offset the flavor.
