Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
.5 cup Coconut Oil 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 10 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Cream together coconut oil and sugar. Add almond milk and 1 tbspn vanilla. Mixture will be lumpy and watery -- that is OK!

In a seperate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Add to wet mixture and then fold in chocolate chips.

Roll into 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheet and flatten a bit.

Bake at 350* for 7-9 minutes. I found 8 to be perfect.
