1 TB flour1 scoop protein powder1 TB cocoa1 TB Splenda (or your choice of sweetener) 1 tsp instant coffee granules1 tsp baking powder1/4 cup light soymilk, vanillasplash vanilla extract
Combine and mix all ingredients in a large mug or bowl. Place in microwave and bake for 25 mins. You may have to bake up to 30 mins but do not overbake. I recommend checking after 20 mins.
