Slow Cooker Leg of Lamb

Directions
4 lbs leg of lamb, rolled1/2 cup soy sauce2 cloves garlic, minced1 pkg (1.5 oz size) onion soup mix5 cups water1 sweet onion, sliced
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low. Remove roast and let set 20 minutes before carving. Slice thin.

Amazing and easy. I had to use less water because it wouldn't fit with the piece of meat in my smaller crockpot. Add as much water as you can and then adjust the amount of soy sauce and soup mix used so its not too strong. Broth is very greasy so using a separator may be a good idea. - 7/6/10
