Ingredients
12 large Scrambled Egg 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved 10 serving Farmington Mild Pork Sausage (by KAUBIN01) 16 oz hash brown (frozen) southern style (by SPIDERLADY3) 3 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 15 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g
Directions
Scramble Eggs, cook lb of bacon, lb of sausage, hasbrowns on skillet/griddle. once cooked loosely combine eggs, bacon, sausage hasbrowns and cheese in a bowl. Scoop onto 8" flour tortilla, roll up, wrap in aluminum foil and toss in your freezer. To serve, heat for 1 1/2 minutes at 80% power in a microwave .
