Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Flour 1 & 1/2 cup Almond Flour 1/3 cup THM Sweet Blend 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Cloves, ground .25 tsp Salt 3 large Eggs 2/3 cup 100% liquid egg whites 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 15 oz canned Pumpkin
Directions
combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the liquids in another, once mixed well combine and use a hand mixer for a better blend.

Spray your muffin tin with coconut oil

300 degrees for 30 minutes
