Lemon Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup 1% yogurt1/4 cup low fat grated parmesan cheese2 Tbs. caloriewise Italian Dressing1 Tbs. Lemon juice1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest1/8 tsp pepper8 Cups chopped or torn romaine lettuce, (lightly packed)2 cups chopped grilled skinless chicken breast1/4 cup green onion (optional)1 cup Seasoned crutons6 slices bacon (grilled or cooked in the microwave on paper towel) crumbled
Directions
Lemony Caesar Dressing
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup dressing

Layer letttuce, chicken and onion in order given, in large bowl. Spread dressing evenly on top to cover. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

Just before serving sprinkle with curtons and bacon. Toss well. makes about 9 cups. Serves 8
