- 1 cup or frozen blackberries / or any other frozen fruit of our choice (unsweatened), the nutrition is based on blackberries.- 250g low fat natural yogurt. (i tend to buy low fat probiotic yogurt because then you get the benifit of the probiotic too)
- If you are anything like me, find the blender, and set it up.
- Put the cup of frozen blackberries / fruit of your choice in the blender along with the 250g natural yogart.
- Blend untill mixed. (15-20 seconds if that)
- Serve. The frozen fruit partialy freezes the yogurt and stiffens it a litle like soft icecream. If you want to create lollies pour the mixture into moulds and bung back in the freezer for 3 or 4 hours.
