Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
3 lb Flank Steak 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 cup Corn Starch 16 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Cut up flank steak and coat with corn starch. Mix the remaining ingredients into a bowl. Put beef in crockpot and cover with mixture. Cook on high for 4-5 hours and serve over rice.
