Super Easy Spicy Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil ( I use Pan Olive oil cooking spray)2 slices Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread 1 can Seasoned Black Beans 4 tsp Mrs Dash, Extra Spicy, salt-free 1 serving Swiss Cheese, Fancy Shredded
Directions
Preaheat oven to 375F
Drain and rinse the Black Beans then add Mrs Dash seasoning to the bean and mash well.
Cube bread slices to make crumbs. Add the bread crumbs and egg to bean mixture and mix well until it is very moist.
Form into burgers and place into bakeware that is either sprayed or has Olive oil on bottom.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes then flip over, cover with cheese and bake another 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 large burgers or 3 meduim
