The Perfect Bratwurst

Ingredients
Brats, Johnsonville Stadium Style, 10 serving Regular Beer, 3 can or bottle (12 fl oz) Sauerkraut, 3 cup Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Salt (To taste)
Directions
Makes 10.

In a large pot boil ALL ingredients on med-low heat for at least 2 hours.

When you want to eat them, transfer to foil pan and place on barbeque. Make them when everyone wants them.

*Add bun and condiments how you like. I recommend a small amoutn of cream cheese on a bun.
