Baked Lasagna

1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef10 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles1 jar Newman's own marinara1 large container fat free ricotta cheese2.5 oz grated parmesan cheese2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese
Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef in a skillet.
Add 1/2 cup of sauce to meat to moisten it, set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese.
Drain noodles.
In a rectangular baking pan, coat the bottom with a bit of sauce. Put 1 layer of noodles, 1 layer of beef, 1 layer of ricotta. Repeat layers until done with noodles finishing off the top.
Pour rest of sauce over top of noodles and bake in 350 or 400 degree oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Add mozzarella cheese to the last 10 minutes of baking.
Let cool slightly, cut and serve.
