Quick Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Lasagna noodlesPasta Sauce, 1 large jar2 cloves of garlic, crushed1 T. Olive Oil2 bags of uncooked spinachPart Skim Ricotta Cheese (large container)1 large bag of grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions. In the meantime, steam spinach. Once it is soft, add olive oil and garlic. Saute mixture. Once lasagna noodles are cooked, begin layering in 13x9 baking dish. Start with sauce, then noodles, ricotta, spinach mixture, mozzarella. Continue until all ingredients are used up (end with sauce and mozzarella). Bake covered with aluminum foil for 45 minutes.
