Ingredients
Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 16 oz Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 3 tbspLemon Juice, 3 tbspTarragon leaves, dried, 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Heat butter and oil, til butter is melted. Add all other ingredients, except chicken. Stir. Pour over chicken in glass pan. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.

    Good. I could taste the creaminess of the butter. I added more tarragon and it was great. I wonder if marinating the chicken in the sauce before would permeate the chicken better? - 11/5/08
