Garlic Cream Sauce with Shallots

Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 2 fl oz White Wine 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 2 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream Black pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft (about 4 Minutes). Add wine and lemon juice and simmer slowly to reduce by half. Add cream and pepper. Reduce heat until main course is ready. I served over salmon.
