Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1/2 avocado1/2 tomato1/4 cucumber1 tsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
Chop all veggies and mix together in a bowl. Mix dijon mustard with the vinegar and olive oil. Pour the mixture over the veggies and mix together. Makes one serving.
