Meatless Spaghetti

Ingredients
3 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw .5 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2.5 cup Prego 100% Heart Smart Traditional Sauce
Directions
Spiralize zucchini, chop carrots, mushrooms and onions. Add to a 2 quart casserole. Add 1/4 cup of each cheese and 1 jar of sauce. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and bake for an additional 5 - 10 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
