Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped3 oz. canned, very low sodium tuna2 tbs. bar-b-que sauce (your choice, you may have to adjust cals just a bit depending on the brand)
Directions
Makes 1 serving

Saute onion w/ non-stick spray until soft
Add tuna and saute until tuna is heated
Add barbeque sauce and mix well.

Enjoy! (Serve on your choice of healthy bread option for a great sandwich!)
