Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp salt1-2 tsp cumin more if you like it spicy2-3 Tbl sp chili powder, more if you like it spicy.5 tsp red chili pepper2 cup Stewed Tomatoes 1 cup Tomato Sauce 2 cup Beans, black 2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
Directions
Fry the veggies, add the spices, rinse the beans if you are using canned. Stir it up and enjoy!
