Flax and Chia seed Crackers

Ingredients
1/2 cup flax see (Milled)1/4 cup Chia seeds1/4 cup almond meal1 1/2 cups hot waterYou can spice these as you like1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp rosemaryOr1/2 TBS garlic powder1/2 TBS onion powderSalt and pepper to tasteOr1 tsp everything seasoning
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl

Then add hot water

Allow them to sit for 30 minutes

Spread thin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Pre cut the crackers before you put in the oven

Bake at 300* for 60 minutes


Sometimes these take more then 60. Minutes to bake.
It depends on how thin you roll them out.

You know they are done when the edges are brown and start to raise.

Allow to completely cool before breaking up
