Sizzling Cabbage

Ingredients
1 Small to Medium Small Cabbage1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (may use less)1-2 tablespoons of vinegarsalt (to taste)fresh ground black pepper1/2 cup of vegetable broth (Kitchen Basics)
Directions
Wash and shred cabbage
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Drain cabbage and add to oil. Allow cabbage to sautee for approximately 5 minutes on Medium-Low heat. Make sure to toss cabbage while cooking to prevent burning. Add seasoning, broth, and vinegar. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes covered! Enjoy
