Mediterranean CousCous Salad

Ingredients
1 cup dry couscous1.25 cups Chicken broth.25 cups fat free italian dressing.25 cups lemon juice2 tbsp dijon mustard1 splash balsamic vinegar3 oz Fat free feta cheese, crumbled.75 cups chopped roasted red peppers
Directions
1) Cook couscous based on package directions. Use chicken stock in place of water. Let cool completly.
2) Mix dressing, dijon, balsamic and lemon juice well.
3) Add feta, red peppers and dressing to cooled couscous. Mix well.
