.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 3 clove Garlic 0.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 1tsp Sesame Oil
Steam Broccoli
Chop everything
Heat Sesame Oil, and Olive Oil
Add in Onions, Garlic and Jalapeno - cook until tender
Add in mushrooms - cook until tender
Add in Peppers, and Broccoli - cook until tender
