Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Flour, white 1.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Except the olive oil, mix all the ingredients together. It should be the consistency of a pancake batter. Add water to thin or more flour to thicken. Cook on a griddle like pancakes using olive oil to prevent sticking
