1 cup Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour (by CPFLOREK) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Baking Powder .75 cup Rice Dream Original rice milk 2 1tsp Canola Oil .5 cup Blueberries, fresh 1 dash Salt
Mix egg, milk, and oil together. Add dry ingredients and stir. Fold in blueberries. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before using. Add more milk if you like thinner pancakes.
Cook on hot, ungreased cast iron griddle if you have one. If not, lightly grease another pan, or use nonstick.
