Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients
.66 cup Flour, white .5 cup Yellow Cornmeal 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder .25 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder & salt. Mix well with whisk.

Whisk in Vegetable oil and mix until dry mixture is smooth and lumps are gone.
Combine above mixture with egg and milk and mix well. Bake for 15 to 20 min in well greased muffin tins
