Slow Cooker Lentil Soup - Everyday Maven

Ingredients
3 medium carrots, chopped2 medium stalks celery, chopped1 cup chopped onion3 cloves Garlic 2 cups green Lentils 8 cup Vegetable Broth 400 grams Canned Tomatoes 1 bay leaf 1 tsp Thyme, ground 15 minutes before finished, add to slow cooker:3 cups chopped chard or spinach1.5 tsp. red wine vinegar2 tsp Salt 1 tsp black pepper1 tsp cumin
Directions
Throw it all in the slow cooker (except chard and last minute seasonings) and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
