Whole Wheat pancakes

2 cups milk (soured or use butter milk)2 eggs1/4 cup canola oil2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup wheat germ1/3 cup craisins1 teaspoon baking soda1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Use 1 tbs vinegar and add to milk so it will sour. While that is sitting put dry ingredients into a large bowl. Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil to milk and wisk. You can use apple sauce instead of oil. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. You may need to use a little extra milk. Fold with fork. Use measuring cup and drop enough dough to make 4" pancakes. I think that is how big they were, I just know I ended up with 15. (You can eliminate the wheat germ and just use more whole wheat flour)
