Creamy Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
500 grams Butternut Squash cubed1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions chopped2 tbsp Butter, salted 6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream Salt, pepper, cinnamon and fresh grated nutmeg to taste
Directions
Melt butter and cook onion until translucent.
Add squash and chicken broth
Cook until squash is soft
Blend using immersion or standing blender
Add cream and stir
Season to taste
