Slow Cooker Apple-Scented Venison Roast

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 32 oz Venison Roast 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin, cored and quartered1 small Onions, raw, sliced2 cloves Garlic, crushed Optional (not included in calorie count)1 cube beef bouillon1 cup boiling water
Spread olive oil on the inside of slow cooker. Place the venison roast inside and cover with apple, onion and garlic. Cook on low about 6 hours, until tender.
Optional: When roast is done, remove from slow cooker. Discard the apple. Stir the water and bouillon into the juice left in the slow cooker until dissolved and serve over roast.
