Fruit and Nut Salad

Ingredients
2 cups romaine lettuce1/4 cup canned mandarin oranges1/4 cup pears1/4 cup chopped pecansRaspberry Vinegarette Spray salad dressing
Directions
Shred approximately two cups romaine lettuce (increase or decrease to your liking, won't change calorie content much). Chop up 1/4 cup pears and add to salad (with or without skin) and add 1/4 cup mandarin oranges. Top with chopped pecans (or walnuts or almonds), and spray with dressing (if needed. I sometimes prefer it without.).
