Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
2 serving Green Chili, 1 whole (by STEELERS67) 3 oz Cheddar Cheese 3 oz Monteray jack cheese (by BOXCAR3) .75 cup Milk, 3.25% 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 7 g Plain white flour (UK) .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 300f/150c. Roast, skin, split and seed chilis. Place one skin side down in a shallow baking dish. Combine cheese, and cover chilies with half the cheese. Repeat layers. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until set in centre. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
