celeriac and rutabaga mash

Ingredients
4 cup celery root (celeriac) (by CLASSYCHASSIS) 4 cup, cubes Rutabagas .33 cup Fat free half and half 2.5 1tsp Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Celery seed
Directions
peel and cut rutabaga and celeriac into 1" cubes. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil and add vegetables. Boil gently till soft, about 25 minutes. Drain well.
Heat half and half, olive oil, garlic and celery seed in a small pot. do not boil. Add half and half to vegetables and mash to desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
