KImchi Pancakes Jo Style

2 tsp Salt 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 10 tbsp Olive Oil 3.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3.33 serving Kimchee 1 cup serving (by INTEGRATIVE)
mix dry ingredients and water in a big bowl to make a batter.
Chop Kimchee and add to the batter, stir to mix.
Heat the pan and add 1 tea oil for each side to fry the pancakes. Pour the batter in big spoonfuls to almost completely cover the bottom of the pan. Fry each side until brown using approx 1 teaspoon per each side.
Serving Size: roughly an 8 to 8.5 inch pancakes
