Ingredients
15.5 oz S&W chili beans 15 oz S&W black beans low sodium 16 oz Bush's medium chili beans 16 oz Chorizo, pork and beef 2.5 cup Pace chunky salsa medium 011016
Directions
Use 5-6 quart crockpot to allow for condensation.
Brown bulk chorizo on both sides, then crumble. Drain and rinse black beans to remove sugar. Add chili beans and sauce, then black beans. Drain sausage; rinse only if extremely fatty as flavor will wash away also. Add cumin if a more smoky taste is desired. Cook on low 8-12 hours, or 4-5 hours on high.
