Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
16 oz Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage6 oz Cabot - Aged White Cheddar12 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg 1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp ground red pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Pre-cook sausage according to package
Shred cheese
Beat eggs with salt, pepper and spices

Use cooking spray to coat muffin tins or silicone baking cups

Put 2 tablespoons of sausage on bottom of each muffin tin
Put 2 tablespoons of cheese on top of sausage
Pour equal amounts of egg in each muffin tin
Top each muffin with any remaining sausage and cheese

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until egg sets and browns
