Ingredients
1 pkg firm tofu, rinsed and drained1/4 C packed, shredded fresh basil1/4 C chopped Italian parsley2 T finely chopped red onion2 T fresh thyme leaves2 cloves garlic, minced1 T EVOO1 tsp fresh lemon juice1/2 tsp sea salt1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Combine all gredients in food processor. Pulse several times until well-blended. The mix should be crumbly.
