Maple Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
6 serving Chicken Leg & Thigh- Roasted W/Skin 4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw , peeled and chopped1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, cubes Squash, winter, acorn, cooked, baked, with salt .66 cup Maple Syrup salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Cut squash lengthwise in half; scoop out seeds. Cut each half crosswise into half inch slices. Place veggies in a single layer on the bottom of the pan;roast for 10 minutes and remove from oven.Carefully place chicken on veggies and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle maple syrup over the top and roast at 450 for an additional 25-30 minutes.
