Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 tbsp Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular 8 serving Wegman's tater puffs (8 pieces per serving) 24 tsp Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 3 oz Blue Cheese
Melt margarine in the microwave, stir in Red Hot.
Cut cooked chicken into bite sized pieces. Toss with sauce mixture and lay in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with crumpled blue cheese, then layer tater tots evenly on top.
Bake at 400 until the tater tots have browned. If necessary, use broiler to crisp them. Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven until melted. Can be garnished with chopped celery, not included in nutrition data.
