Broccoli Cheese Egg Muffins

Ingredients
10 large Eggs, scrambled2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 cup Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 4 oz Medium Cheddar Cheese , shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*, spray muffin tin with 0 calorie oil spray or line with cupcake papers. Scramble eggs, stir in the rest of the ingredients, spoon into muffin tin, filling 1/2-3/4 of the way. Makes 16, so you will need a 2nd tin or make one larger one in a sklillet to share.

Bake for 20 min or until just beginning to brown and no more bubbles are seen.

I refrigerate these and microwave them for 30 sec each morning for breakfast.
